Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice from the start time of your appointment. If you don't give at least 24 hours notice, you must pay a charge of $25 for each service cancelled prior to booking your next appointment. I send out text and email reminders 3 days and the day before your scheduled appointment as a courtesy. In the event that you do not give any notice (no call/no show) you will be charged a rebooking fee of 100% of the reserved service amount. These fees must be paid in salon or online. Thank you for your understanding. 

Punctuality Policy

The only way I can assure that I am on time for my clients is if my clients arrive on time as well. If for some reason I am running significantly far behind, I will try my hardest to let you know before your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I must reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment (rebooking fee will apply), or modify the services provided (skip blow dry/style etc). Kid Policy

We strive to create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere for all guests in the salon. With that being said, our salon policy states that children are welcome in the salon if they have an appointment but please don't bring children to your appointment. There are many sharp/hot tools and chemicals that could cause them to be hurt. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
